Function First saw an opportunity to make the web work for them in the form and online scheduling calendar that would allow their clients (area dentists) to login and reserve "slots" (tooth/units). Their previous system of paper calendar reservations were creating workflow nightmares in the form of multiple slot duplications. The application designed and built by Function First and multiplymedia allowed them to restrict workflow to optimal levels, ensuring top quality work and happy staff as well providing a great value added tool to their customers.
